These are as used on JMI Vox AC-100, AC-50, and AC-30 head (super twin) among many others.
Approximately 3" wide x 1" tall (7.6cm x 2.5cm).
Two mounting pins located about 1.875" (c. 4.8cm) apart.
The chrome/silver version is as used on the DA5, Mini 5 Rhythm and others.
