Stunning Rickenbacker 360 Mapleglo in excellent condition, complete with original hard case.
Classic Ricky looks with modern playability. This is gorgeous to look at, sounds great and is both easy to play and light on the shoulders.
This example of RIcky’s classic hollow body 6-string is in really excellent condition. The neck is straight and the lacquered fretboard with classic Rickenbacker markers is in great shape. The guitar plays well with a nice low action, with no buzzing or choking. The ‘high gain’ (so called … these are not ‘high gain’ by today’s standards!) pickups sound great and all the controls work smoothly and as they should.
Cosmetically, this is pretty close to perfect with no significant scratches, belt rash or dings to be found. There are some very minor dings to the top and back but they are in the region of 2mm in diameter and extremely hard to see unless caught in the light. The lacquer also shows some very minor imperfections along the binding but - again - extremely hard to see.
As a bonus, the 360 also boasts ‘Rick-o-Sound’ which is RIcky (and Futurama, perhaps?) language for stereo. It’s a lot of fun if you have a TRS cable and stereo pedals (or two amps) as it directs the neck pickup to one output and the bridge to a second. If not, just plug into the ‘Standard’ jack and it behaves like a normal mono guitar.
This example weighs only 3.27kg (7.2lb) on the scales and has Schaller strap lock buttons fitted (a pair of strap fittings will be included in the case).
