Original vintage One-pin corners for Vox and Orange amps and cabs
Original vintage "One-Pin" Black Plastic Corner for Vintage Vox and Orange Amplifiers
Sold individually or in sets of 4 and 8 corners, optionally with screw/pin sets to fix
These corners are the exact specification for viintage JMI Vox amps with radiused (rounded) rear panels including AC30, AC15 and AC50s prior to around 1966. These were also used by Orange and by Thomas Organ on Vox amps built in America including all of the angled corners of the trapezoid head cabs, such as the Super Beatle, Royal Guardsman, and Buckingham. The corners are flexible and form to fit the angles of these heads perfectly. These corners accommodate up a 3/8" to 1/2" radius on the front/rear edges of the cabinet and a larger, 3/4" radius on the side edges of the amp cabinet (see second photo above for further clarification).
These corners were produced using the original 1960s Rean mould. North Coast Music purchased the original injection mould in 1997 from Rean, the London based plastics company that manufactured these corners for Vox and produced and sold these corners until 2024. The Vintage Amporium purchased the mould on the closure of North Coast in 2024 and is now, again, pleased to make these corners available for the restoration of vintage Vox and Orange equipment.. These Original One-Pin corners are only available from the Vintage Amporium.
