Vintage Rean plastic vent as used on late 70s-90s Vox AC30 and others
Vintage Rean amplifier vent (late 60s-90s) 64-hole, black plastic.
Formerly sold by North Coast Music. Available singly or as a set of three.
Replacement Rean part for some late 1960s to 1990s Vox amps and also used by many manufacturers including Carlsbro, Dallas Arbiter and others. They were used on Vox Dallas-built PCB AC30/6 amps (1976-8), Rose Morris Vox AC30 Top Boost and AC30 Top Boost Reverb (1978 - 1984), Vox AC30TBR and AC30TB (1985 - 1988), Vox AC30TBR "Standard" w/Reverb - Model 1007 (1988 - 1993) and the short-lived V15 amps. These will also fit the V100, Supreme and Defiant heads (although those had a ‘Vox’ logo which these do not) as well as many other heads and combo amps from other manufacturers of the period.
Note that these are NOT the vents used on current line Vox AC30CC1, AC30CC2, AC30CCH and related amps nor the AC30HW2, AC15HW1, AC30H2, AC4HW1 and AC4C1 amps (see separate listings for those in black or ivory/cream).
These Rean vents measure approx. 145mm x 40mm overall. The recessed part is approx. 140mm x 35mm x 5mm deep (lip is approx. 2.5mm). Each vent has eight rows of eight holes (64 in total).
