Fabricated from original artwork using the original three-stage silk screen process. In the first stage, the aluminum plate is coated in silver paint. In the second stage, black paint is applied over the silver undercoat. The third stage is the application of a clear protective overcoat. Four mounting holes. Blank area for stamping model and serial numbers. 3.25" x 4." Mounting screws/pins are not included.
Two types are available:
Early wording as used on JMI Vox amplifiers through 1965.
Later wording as used after 1965
These plates were produced exclusively by North Coast Music under license to Vox Amplification, Milton Keynes UK. The Vintage Amporium has purchased most of the remaining inventory following the closure of North Coast in 2024 and is glad to, once again, offer these high quality reproductions for restoration of vintage Vox equipment.
