Incredible Hylight period (Dave Reeves) and immaculate DR103. This amp looks and sounds the business. Completely original except the filter caps which needed replacing (and have been done exactly as per the original layout) and in superb condition internally and externally. These amps are beautifully made and amazing sounding amps with crystal clear tone and massive headroom.
Note that this one is completely stock (except the filter caps) and so has no bias adjustment. It drives the power tubes quite hard (by design) which is all fine for the vintage Mullard tubes currently installed but could present issues in future if you want to use modern output valves. It could be modified for adjustable bias, if desired, so get in touch if you’re interested in this one.
